Mind and Body...Spinning uncontrollably...literally...

What a weekend. I ate, slept and breathed Judo for Saturday and Sunday. Today was the Nutmeg Judo Games. I ended up in 3rd place out of four guys. Nothing to write home about but it was a good time...

So me and my life. Feelings like a damn roller-coaster these days. Thanx to some good friends and some advice...I'm trying to keep my head up. Let's just leave it at that. I don't even want to get into it. I'm moving on to things in my life that make me happy...The new bunnies, My nephew only a week or so away, placing 3rd in a tournament, ...Positive Outlook.

Thank you God for listening to me. You've been my guiding spirit 'til this point in my life. 22 years. And since YOU have brought me to these crossroads in my life, I have whole-hearted faith that you'll bring me through it as well.

Give me strength...give me courage to face this...
