Still fighting this freakin' cold...Civic Pub or BUST!
So the weekend is upon us...It took me all week to get this head cold under control. JUST in time to get ridiculous at the bar and kill my immune system just so I can battle another cold next week... Hey at least I have my priorities straight :)
Soon I'll be off to the 103 Graduation Party @ the
Civic Pub...$1.03 drink specials all night long... give-a-ways...sounds a good time. Luckily I have the power of the PRESTO Jeep with me to get me there in one piece. 10 FREAKIN' INCHES TODAY!?!? Where the heck did this come from...???
So my old roommate Mike Mezzetti is visiting...good times all over again. Last night was pretty fun too...Recording with Ruark, Power Hour with Jackie, Lynds and Andrea and histerics with Mr. Mezzetti. So today he treated me to some Subway because I assured him I would be returning the favor once we were at the Pub...
Tomorrow kicks off the
Beta Rho class for my fraternity,
Kappa Kappa Psi. I, myself am VERY excited. It's my turn in the fraternity to acquire a LITTLE. I wonder who'll I'll get matched up with...
Last but CERTAINLY not least.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!! Static Harmony (me, Ruark, Ben and Blaise) are playing at the Webster Underground on February 15th. Check out the SITE! Come listen to the rock acoustic sound of the boys from Uconn... All the cool kids are doing it.
Off to the Pub...Have a good weekend everyone...

Hold on... let me blow my nose before it runs all over Kristen's keyboard...
I'll stick to some key points on this entry...Two Sections. Why I'm happy... and Why I'm sad. take a gander:
Things To Be Happy About:
-First and Foremost: PRESTO II!!! Yes I have a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately as soon as I graduate in May, the monthly bill will be mine for the taking. I'll reap the benefits now...you know. Knowing my car will start on a consistant basis...the basics. :)
-An
AMAZING night with Kristen last Friday. Cafe Nuovo in Providence (holy cow this place was nice..) followed by the histerics of Jerry Seinfeld. Hard to put the night into words...Incredible Food...Seinfeld...
-Finalized my schedule for Graduation. May 17, 2003 or BUST...
-Two
GREAT Rush events back to back. Pasta Dinner - Cosmic Bowling...(pictures to come...)
-Congratulations on the UConn Womens Basketball Team overcoming Duke @ their home court. Not only does the streak continue...But we'll most likely get our #1 rank back...
-AND this may be a first on my part...but go SYRACUSE! Pittsburgh and and #1 Rank just didn't look right together. 'Cuse over Pitt...in classic Big East fashion.
-LASTLY...don't make any plans for
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 15TH. Ruark, Tony, Benny. and Blaise -
LIVE at the
Webster Acoustic Underground in
Hartford, CT...That's right folks. Our first gig. Hope to see you ALL THERE!!!!
Things To Be Sad About: (hey...you knew this part was coming)
-UConn Mens Basketball for dishing out Calhoun's WORST Home loss ever...IN THE GAMPEL...AGAINST B.C.?!? I hope things come together before the post season...
-I'm sick. No fun. As we speaking my nose is running (...better go catch it...
See Kelly, I knew we shouldn't have made out...now everyone will discover us.)
-School work back in full swing...
-After acquiring the NEW PRESTO...Spring Break is out of the picture. Too much $$$... :( BUT I would not trade in the Jeep... I'll take what I have... :)
-And yes...I still have no idea where I'm heading after May. (a common theme on this blog)
-My most sincere regards to the friends, families, and other fellow Americans that witnessed this morning's tragic event over Texas. It is hard to react to such a horrific occurance.
Let us all take a moment to pray for this immeasurable loss...
Another week full of things to do...Workouts to be had...Practing Trumpet...til next time...
Excuse me, while I go blow my nose...
