So long... farewell.... AHH! STOP THE MUSIC. So long? Farewell? Whacha talkin' about Willis...I'm back after a long weekend.
Friday - I saw Summer Theatre (a local group made up of kids Grades 9-12) perform Les Miserables...

That's right...Les Miserables. They pulled it off. They really did... practically brought me to tears. So to all of the doubters that said they couldn't pull it off...stick that in your pipe and smoke it...
Saturday - I helped set up for the Nutmeg Games for Judo. Lots of work setting everything up...Took up most of the afternoon.

Sunday - Helped the Nutmeg Games in the morning...then onto a Uconn Marching Band Council meeting...then BACK to the Tournament to break down the mats...tired to say the least when I got home...
Monday - The BIG ONE - Greater Bristol Chamber of Commerce presents the Annual Golf Tournament. Started @ 7:30am...ended @ 8:00pm. Hydrating all of those golfers with water, iced tea, and soda...apples...peaches... you name it...we had it. Then after driving to pick up my sister at the train station... I made it home. Just in time to have a beer...go to bed...and get up for my last day of work...

Did you know that there's a "Hell" in Michigan? Me neither...

COUNTDOWN TO MICHIGAN: 1 DAY!!! That's right baby. Tomorrow morning...10:31am. I'll be on my way. I am amped. Never made it out to Michigan... My cousin has a lot in store... and I intend on doing all of it...twice if I have the time...

So like Anna said I better make this entry good... I don't think I will have time to write anything while I'm away. So you won't hear from me until NEXT MONDAY... I know, can you handle it?

So like I said before, today is my last day. Between going to Michigan and Preseason on the 18th I want my last week to relax. The "calm before the storm" if you will...It should make for an interesting final season with the UCMB. Didn't think I would get in this deeply involved. But here I am, President o' the band. Drill Instructor. And with my Ex-Girlfriend...Who has transformed into a person I no longer recognize anymore. She barely resembles the person I once knew...there I go... tangent city...back to the UCMB...We have two shows that should be very top notch. Especially the second show... I'll keep you all posted on our progress...

And what a better way to finish my summer with a visit from Care, Mike, and Mickey...although not definite... I'm hoping they come...

And that is THAT! I'm off for lunch right now... perhaps I'll tweak some things on my page... other than that... HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!
